Orders
Q. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
A. Yes, changes or cancellations can be accommodated prior to shipment.
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
If the order has already shipped, kindly reach out within 7 days of receiving the item to discuss possible options.
Q. I did not receive an order confirmation email.
A. Our system automatically sends a confirmation email upon order completion and again when your order has shipped.
If you have not received the confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us via the inquiry form with your order number so we can verify your order.
Note: Depending on your email settings (domain restrictions, free email services, etc.), our emails may be blocked or redirected to your spam folder. Please check your email settings accordingly.

Q. Can you issue a receipt?
