Important Notes
- Your order is not finalized when you add a product to your cart. If there is high traffic before you complete the purchase process, you may not be able to purchase the product.

- We do not accept orders intended for resale. Delivery is by Sagawa Express.
Shipping Fees
A shipping fee of ¥1,200 (¥1,600 for Hokkaido and Kyushu, ¥3,500 for Okinawa and remote islands) is charged per shipment.
Specifying a Date/Time
We do not offer specific delivery dates or times. Orders will be shipped as early as possible, generally within six business days.
Number of Days until Shipment
We aim to ship as soon as possible, usually within six business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Important Notes Regarding Shipping
- We are unable to change delivery addresses or order contents or make cancellations after goods have been shipped.
- Each order will be sent to one location.
- All orders placed through the online store will be delivered via shipment.
- If you place multiple orders before we have shipped, and they are to the same address, we will combine them into one shipment.
- For some remote areas and islands, there may be a relay fee in addition to the regular shipping fee. If there is a relay fee, we will contact you separately.
- Delivery may be delayed due to factors such as the delivery area, traffic, or weather.
- If you are not present when your goods are delivered, please check the missed delivery notice issued by the shipping company or the package number provided in our shipment email, and contact directly the carrier's local office listed on the missed delivery notice within six days.
- If your package is returned because you refuse to accept it, are away for an extended period, or the like, you may be charged the round-trip shipping cost as well as the shipping fee in the event of reshipment.

- For shipments outside of Japan, a commercial invoice will be included to avoid customs delays. In order to comply with international import and export rules and regulations, we will not take measures such as lowering the order amount listed on the commercial invoice.

The way the receipt is issued varies depending on the payment method.
If Paying by Credit Card
The statement sent by your credit card company serves as your receipt.
If You Would Like a Receipt Issued by Us
Please contact us, stating the recipient's name and any notes.
Important Notes
- If you do not specify a recipient, we will issue a receipt as follows. (Name: Orderer's Name, Note: For goods purchased)
- In the note, we will specify the payment method, such as "Credit card payment."
- The amount on the receipt will be the total of the product price (tax included) and shipping charges, and the date will be the purchase date.
- If, even after your order arrives, you do not receive an email notification of the receipt being sent, it may have been filtered into your spam folder and not delivered. We apologize for any inconvenience, but please contact us again.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
After Order Confirmation
You can cancel your order or change the goods as long as they have not yet
shipped.
Please contact us by phone, email, or our contact form within 24 hours after
placing your order.
After Your Goods Arrive
Returns and Exchanges Due to Customer Preference
We accept returns of unused products within seven days of the customer receiving them. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Please contact us before proceeding within seven days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
- Products that have already been used
- If the product has been scratched, soiled, or damaged by the customer
- Products without packaging (bag, box, or case)
- If the product was not purchased at the FD.P Lab online shop
- Products received eight or more days in the past
- If FD.P Lab has not been contacted in advance
Returns and Exchanges Due to a Failure on Our Part
If a product may be incorrect, damaged, soiled, or defective, please contact
the FD.P Lab online store. We will respond as soon as possible.
If we determine that we are at fault, we will cover the round-trip shipping
costs and, in general, provide an exchange for the same product (if we cannot
provide a non-defective product in exchange, we will provide a refund).
