Refund policy
Sankyo Co., Ltd. (referred to below as "we," "us," or "our") has established the following exchange and return policy as stipulated in Article 17 of our Terms of Service.
- We are unable to provide color or size changes, exchanges for other products, or returns for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., ordering the wrong product or size, product is different from what you imagined, or the like).
- A product will only be considered defective if it does not meet the specifications or is determined to be unusable. Specifically, this includes damage, flaws, incorrect specifications, and the like.
2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
For exchanges or returns for which we are at fault (product delivered was different than ordered, quantity delivered was different than ordered, or product was defective upon delivery; same below), please contact us via our contact form within seven days of receiving the product.
In the event of an exchange or return for which we are at fault, please contact us via our contact form within seven days of receiving the product, and only if the product is unused, and all the items included upon delivery are present, we will provide an exchange for an equivalent product.
Subject to our inventory status, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide a replacement product. If a replacement is not possible, we will provide a refund.
3. Method of Compensation:
A return, exchange, or refund will be provided. If an exchange is not possible, we will provide a refund.
A refund will be provided through cancellation of your payment. If the payment cannot be canceled, we will make the refund by bank transfer.
In addition to the product price (tax included), we will also refund shipping costs, if any.
We will begin the refund process upon confirming the defect. Please note that refunds may take longer depending on the working days and procedures of your financial institution.
4. Submission of Evidence:
We may request that you submit photos, videos, or inspection reports to prove the product is defective.
5. Means of Arbitration/Resolution:
If a dispute arises regarding these Terms, the district court with jurisdiction over our head office location will be the exclusive court of first instance.
6. Other
Please note before purchasing that we do not accept exchanges or returns for products if it has been eight or more days since delivery, if the product has been used, or if not all the items included upon delivery are present.
Please also note before purchasing that handmade product characteristics such as movement or misalignment of fabric or individual variation that occur during the production process do not constitute product defects. These characteristics are due to the handmade process and the peculiarities of the fabric and materials.
Please note before purchasing that product colors and specifications may differ slightly from the actual product depending on your monitor's settings and the conditions under which photos were taken.

All of the following conditions 1 through 4 must be satisfied.
- We are at fault for the exchange or return.
- You have contacted us via our contact form within seven days of receiving the product.
- The product is unused.
- All the items included upon delivery are present.

- Products that have already been used
- If the product has been scratched, soiled, or damaged by the customer
- Products without packaging (bag, box, or case)
- If the product was not purchased at the FD.P Lab online shop
- Products received eight or more days in the past
- If FD.P Lab has not been contacted in advance
