Sankyo Co., Ltd. (referred to below as "we," "us," or "our"), operator of the FD.P Lab online store at https://store.fdp-lab.com/ (referred to below as "this website"), has established the following Terms of Service for the use of this website.

Article 3 (Member Registration)

- If we determine that the member's registration application was submitted by someone other than the member without the member's consent
- If we otherwise reasonably determine that approving the registration would be inappropriate for the operation and management of the Services
Article 4 (ID and Password Management)
- Members are responsible for the strict management and safekeeping of their IDs and passwords, as set by the members themselves during member registration or otherwise.
- Members shall not transfer, buy, sell, inherit, lend, disclose, or leak their IDs or passwords to a third party without our prior consent.
- If a member discovers that their ID or password has been or may be being used fraudulently by a third party, they shall immediately notify us.

Article 6 (Membership Cancellation)
- Members may cancel their membership at any time by following the procedures that we prescribe.
- A member who has requested cancellation of their membership will lose their member status when we accept the cancellation request and notify them that cancellation is complete.
- We may retain your information for a certain period of time even after your membership has been canceled, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

- When a minor registers as a member or uses the Services without the consent of their legal guardian
- When the user is associated with an anti-social force as defined in Article 18

Article 20: Product Purchase
- Users can purchase our products using the Services.
- If a user wishes to purchase a product, they must submit a request to purchase the product in accordance with the method designated by us.
- A sales contract for the product will be established between the customer and us when we send the user a notification that we have accepted the request under the preceding paragraph.
- Ownership of the product will be transferred from us to the user upon delivery of the product to the user.
Article 21: Contract Termination and Other Necessary Measures

sales contract.
- If the user violates these Terms of Service
- If the user's designated credit card company notifies us that they have defaulted on their credit card
- If circumstances are discovered indicating the user's ability to pay has been compromised
- If the product is out of stock and cannot be readily delivered
- If delivery is not possible due to an unknown shipping address or extended absence by the recipient
- If a convenience store or in-shop pickup is specified, and the product is not picked up for a certain period of time
- If a minor made the purchase without the approval of their legal guardian
- If the trust between us and the user has otherwise been damaged
- If it becomes necessary to ensure the security of the user, us, or a third party, we may block access to the Services, suspend or terminate provision of all or some of the Services, cancel ID or password settings, cancel member registration, or take other appropriate measures.
Article 22: Data Management

at our discretion and without notifying the user, under any of the
circumstances set forth below.

- If a user causes damage to a third party by using the Services, then except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by us, the user will be responsible for resolving the matter at their own expense and shall not cause any inconvenience to us.
- When carrying out a change of a user's password or the like, we will verify the user's identity using a method designated by us, and we will be exempt from liability to the extent that there is no error in the method.
- The user shall bear the costs associated with setting up the computer and communications equipment necessary for the user to use the Services, as well as telephone charges, LAN or other such usage fees, and application fees required to use the Services.
Article 24: Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces

The user affirms to us their commitment to the stipulations set forth below.
- The user is not an organized crime group, organized crime group-related company, corporate racketeer, similar entity, or a member thereof (referred to below as "anti-social force").
- The user will not allow an anti-social force to use the user's name or use the Services to benefit an anti-social force.
- The user will not, either personally or through a third party, engage in threatening or violent behavior toward us, or engage in any conduct utilizing fraud or force to interfere with our business or damage our reputation.
- If a user violates the preceding paragraphs, we may, without any notice or warning to the user, cancel their membership, terminate any contracts with them, or take any other measure set forth in these Terms of Service.
- We will not be liable for any damages, compensation, or other losses incurred as a result of the measures in the preceding paragraph. Furthermore, the user shall compensate us for any damages we suffer as a result of a violation of Paragraph 1.
