Domestic Shipping

A shipping fee of ¥1,200 (¥1,600 for Hokkaido and Kyushu, ¥3,500 for Okinawa and remote islands) (tax excluded) is charged per shipment.

International Shipping

Prices vary depending on the shipment region and product. Please refer to the shipping fee displayed on the checkout screen when placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us within seven days of receiving the product and explain the situation. We will contact you to discuss your options.

If the return or exchange is due to a failure on our part, such as an incorrect product or quantity, or a defective (soiled or damaged) product, we will cover the costs of return shipping from you to us and re-shipping from us to you.

If we have an identical product in stock, we will provide the non-defective product in exchange. If we do not have an identical product in stock, we will provide a refund after receiving your return.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

  • Products that have been used at least once
  • If the product has been scratched, soiled, or damaged by the customer
  • Products without packaging (bag, box, or case)
  • If the product was not purchased at our online store
  • Products received eight or more days in the past
  • If FD.P Lab (Sankyo Co., Ltd.) has not been contacted in advance

Refunds

A refund will be provided through cancellation of your payment. If the payment cannot be canceled, we will make the refund by bank transfer.

In addition to the product price (tax included), we will also refund shipping costs, if any.

We will begin the refund process upon confirming our receipt of the returned product. Please note that refunds may take longer depending on the working days and procedures of your financial institution.

Cancellations

We accept order cancellations and product changes as long as they are made before the product is shipped.
