Shipping policy
Sankyo Co., Ltd. (referred to below as "we," "us," or "our") has established the following shipping policy as stipulated in Article 18 of our Terms of Service.
1. Shipping Area
Our products are currently shipped within Japan and internationally (excluding some countries and regions).
2. Shipping Methods
Product shipments are made by our shipping partners.
In general, domestic shipping is fulfilled by Sagawa Express, and international shipping is fulfilled by DHL.
Customers cannot choose the shipping method.
3. Delivery Time and Days to Shipment
Please note that while we strive to ship products as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to traffic or other factors.
- In general, we aim to ship as soon as possible, usually within six business days of the order date.
- We do not ship on weekends or holidays, including the summer and New Year holidays, so such shipments will take place after the holiday.
- Delivery dates may vary depending on your region and circumstances.
- We do not offer specific delivery dates or times.
4. Shipping Fees *Regardless of Order Total
・Domestic
A shipping fee of ¥1,200 (¥1,600 for Hokkaido and Kyushu, ¥3,500 for Okinawa and remote islands) (tax excluded) is charged per shipment.
・International
Prices are determined based on the destination country.
The actual shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout screen when you place your order.

When your product ships, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. It will allow you to check the delivery status yourself.
6. Product Damage and Other Issues during Shipping
- We take great care in packaging and preparing shipments to prevent issues such as scratches and dents on the outer box. However, damage or other problems may occur in transit after the shipment has been passed to the shipping company due to conduct by the shipping company or other issues.
- We appreciate your kind understanding regarding any scratches or dents on the outer box to the extent that they do not interfere with the use of the product itself.
- If you are unable to receive your order due to a missed delivery or incorrect address, please inquire via the contact information on the shipping company's missed delivery notice.
- If a product is returned to us after the shipping company's storage period has expired, your order will not be canceled. In such a case, you will be responsible for the cost of redelivery.
- Please be aware that we are unable to bear any responsibility for damages caused by accidents or delays during shipment.
7. Reshipment for Exchanges and Returns
For exchanges or returns for which we are at fault (product delivered was different than ordered, quantity delivered was different than ordered, or product was defective upon delivery), we will cover the cost of reshipment. Please contact us via our contact form within seven days of receiving the product.
8. Redelivery Due to Recipient Being Away from Address for a Short Time or Extended Period
If a product is returned to us because the recipient is not there to receive it, you will be responsible for the cost of redelivery. If storage fees are incurred due to an extended absence, you will also be responsible for the storage fees.
